Visitors and customers of 3dquakers forfeit all rights to any claims of damages caused by using any 3dquakers product or publication.

When purchasing software from 3dquakers, the customer acknowledges and agrees that 3dquakers is not held responsible for any damages that might be caused from using its software, or any loss of information, direct or indirect.

All information and offers on the 3dquakers website are not-binding and without obligation, and can be changed or deleted by the author at any time without prior announcement.

This is the 3DQUAKERS End User License Agreement

Customers of 3dquakers products, such as Forester for Cinema 4D, are not allowed to sell any assets produced by the usage of those software or products. Customers cannot sell or resell trees, plants, rocks or any 3d models or assets created by the use of Forester for Cinema 4D, be it in an online shop or by personal transaction.

A software user is a licensee rather than an owner of a copy where the copyright owner (i.e. 3DQUAKERS) specifies that the user is granted a license . When buying a product from 3DQUAKERS, you are buying the right to use the software. The buyer does not own the software.

By purchasing any product from 3DQUAKERS, the customer agrees with the aforementioned rules and conditions.

License Transfer

A customer who has purchased a license for a 3DQUAKERS software product, such as Forester, can transfer the license to another user, by paying a license transfer fee. The fee for license transfer is 100 USD (one hundred United States Dollars) plus VAT. Once the license transfer has been completed, the previous license owner has no more legal right to use the software product and is required to remove it completely from their computers.
